Born on March 31, 1958, in Jamestown, Kentucky, to parents Roxie and Clarence Russell, Leffie’s childhood was marked by the warmth and kindness of her family. Throughout her life, she remained a shining example of unwavering good nature, always wearing a beautiful smile that had the power to brighten even the darkest of days. Her ability to bring comfort and peace to her loved ones was unmatched, and her selfless dedication to supporting others defined her character.
