Le’Darius obituary: Alabama passes away from Pneumonia Infection in Hilliard Birmingham

Le’Darius Hilliard was not just a reputable resident but also an active participant in Birmingham’s civic life. In 2021, he ran for election at Birmingham City Schools to represent District 9 in Alabama. Though he faced challenges and lost in the general runoff election held on October 5, 2021, his commitment to public service was unwavering. Originally from Pratt City, Birmingham, he served as a Jefferson County Executive Committee member at the State government level.

His professional journey showcased his dedication to the legal field and education. Hilliard worked at various law firms in Birmingham, including an internship at the law office of Hilliard, Smith, and Hunt LLC. He also contributed his expertise as an Alabama Education Association Consultant, supporting schools in Birmingham, Bessemer, and Fairfield.
