He served as a kitchen Executive / Sous Chef and management Trainee at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, followed by positions as General Manager at Sno Shack Holdings – Gourmet Kitchens and Director of Food and Beverage at Crowne Plaza Richmond.

He further distinguished himself as a Senior Vice President at Spice Hospitality / Luxor in Loudoun County and as Unit Director of Operations at Gate Gourmet in Dulles, Virginia.
