The tragic event occurred at 3:45 pm on Monday, September 18, just after Juan Pablo’s first day at the University of Liverpool, where he had embarked on his journey to study urban planning.
The young student was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving his family shattered and heartbroken. In a heartfelt tribute, Juan Pablo’s family shared their grief, honoring their son’s memory and the promising future he had ahead of him.
