Joyce Sims A R&B Singer Passed Away At The Age Of 63

Joyce Sims, a well-known singer, and composer died on October 15 at the age of 63. Her family members verified the news, and Annette Ramsey, one of her siblings, paid homage to her on Facebook. She stated:
