Mifflinburg, PA – The Mifflinburg community is in mourning following the tragic passing of 9-year-old Joslyn Noelle Flickinger. Her father, Luke Flickinger, a member of the Mifflinburg Area High School football team’s coaching staff, announced her passing in a heartfelt Facebook post on Tuesday evening.
