Jocelyn Dupuis, the former general manager of FTQ’s buildings division, was comfortable standing before the witness on Thursday and answering questions with ease.

Dupuis, who calls Accurso a friend, said: “Mr. Accurso is one of the biggest business owners in the construction industry, so we were very interested in establishing a relationship with him.”
