Today, I witnessed our beloved university colleague, Interim President JoAnne Epps, collapse on stage at a memorial service honoring African American Historian Charles Blockson. Shortly after being rushed to Temple University Hospital, we were informed that she died. She was one of the most vibrant, brilliant, approachable, national C-Suite leaders I’ve ever met. President Epps will be sorely missed. A GREAT woman indeed. The two pics are of her and I over the summer at her campus social event before the start of the semester, and today seated before her sudden passing. 😢 🙏🏾Rev.
