Jeffrey Dahmer’s bruised and bruised body has been immortalized in pictures taken after he was beaten to death with a baton.
On November 28, 1994, around 8 a.m., a fellow inmate, Christopher Scarver, murdered the Milwaukee Cannibal. The 34-year-old’s skull was crushed with a 20-inch metal barbell stolen from the Columbia Correctional Institution gym. Scarver also repeatedly hit his head against the wall.
In 2015, Scarver told The New York Post that he confronted Dahmer with a piece about his crimes.
“I asked him if he did it because I was so disgusted,” he recalls. He was shocked. Yes he is. He started looking for the door pretty quickly. I blocked him. Finally he died. I slam his head down.”
Details of his grisly death, which occurred just three years after he was jailed for 16 first-degree murders, were also provided in the coroner’s report.

After he was attacked and the alarm was raised, he was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead an hour later. Dr. Robert Huntington III, a forensic pathologist at the University of Wisconsin who later conducted Dahmer’s autopsy, noted that the cannibal necromancer was wearing chains.
“This man was so scared that he put chains on his legs, even after the autopsy,” he noted.

Most likely he was shackled because some inmates had faked injuries or even faked their deaths to escape from prison. It shows that Dahmer is considered a high-risk prisoner – one who could have killed again if he had escaped from custody.
In photographs taken after his death, Dahmer’s face was discolored with numerous bruises, with large patches of dark yellow spreading across his face. His eyes were also black from being fatally beaten.
