Born on June 7, 1970, in Mansfield, Ohio, Dr. Jayson Tappan’s journey in the medical field began after he graduated from Malabar High School. He pursued his passion for medicine at The Ohio State University and also studied business at Miami University.

A once in a lifetime love affair that most people will never experience. I’m absolutely heartbroken not only for myself but our beautiful children and this community that has come to know and love how passionate he was to help everyone at a moments notice. Jayson Tappan I don’t know how to do this life without you. It’s a horrible nightmare. I wish I would wake up and this not be real. You are my everything and always will be.”
