Jackson Mahomes nightclub video goes viral after arrest & charged with sexual battery

After a lengthy investigation, Jackson Mahomes was arrested in the early hours of Wednesday morning for an incident that occurred in February at a restaurant in Overland Park, Kansas City. The incident happened just weeks after his brother Patrick’s second Super Bowl win. Jackson is accused of pushing a waiter and forcibly kissing the restaurant owner, Aspen Vaughn, by grabbing her by the neck without her consent.

Jackson now faces aggravated sexual abuse charges in connection with the incident. The restaurant’s security camera captured the incident and the footage was later published and widely circulated on social media.

Vaughn said she tried to push Jackson away several times but to no avail.

He forcibly kissed me out of nowhere. and I’m talking to him, pushing him away and saying, ‘What are you doing?’ and then he went on to do it two more times, the last time i pushed him away, and i could see on camera that someone was outside the office door, and i yelled for them to come help, because he’s big and big.”

The video corroborates Vaughn’s account of the incident when she reported it to authorities. Despite the incident that happened on February 23, the social media influencer has remained silent and even paused posting content for a long time.

Jackson Mahomes was taken into custody and booked into the Johnson County Jail shortly after 7:00 a.m. CT. He is currently being held on $100,000 bail and his trial is scheduled for this afternoon, on charges of aggravated sexual abuse.

Brittany Mahomes reacts to allegations against brother-in-law

The allegations surrounding Jackson have yet to be resolved by the Mahomes family, but Patrick’s wife, Brittany, made a recent comment on social media expressing her support for the brother-in-law. During an Instagram Q&A session with fans a few weeks ago, she mentioned that people weren’t aware of the whole situation. Brittany also defended him, calling his critics “ignorant” and saying he was just trying to get through life. She concluded by saying that no one has the authority to judge the younger Mahomes because they haven’t been through what he has.

“They are ignorant. He is a human being just trying to live his life and find his way and until you walk a day in his shoes (which no one else will) you have no right say s— about him.

Brittany and Jackson have been best friends since before she got married. They regularly attended Kansas City Chiefs games together and posed for pictures on the sidelines.
