What can we expect from the second season of Invisible City?
The second season of the Netflix original series is expected to tackle the mystery that ended the first season. Netflix has published a trailer for the second season, hinting that Eric will revive in the Belém do Pará nature reserve. In the preview, we also see his daughters Luna and Inês. In the second season, a conflict will break out between the indigenous population and the gold prospectors who want to buy Belém do Pará for business enterprises. The series’ founder, Carlos Saldanha, commented on the second season that:
“The second season will take place in Belém, a historic city.” The new series portrays a multidimensional indigenous Brazil from the north, brimming with new creatures and intriguing pop-culture elements.

Much of the team from the first season will be kept for the second season. Marco Pigossi as Eric, Alessandra Negrini as Ines and Manu Dieguez as Luna will return for a second season. In the spin-offs, Letcia Spiller, Mestre Sebá, Simone Spoladore, Zahy Guajajara, Kay Sara, Marcos de Andrade, Julia Konrad, Rodrigo dos Santos, Tatsu Carvalho, Ermelinda Yepario and Tomás de França will appear.
