After 23 months of marriage, RHOC (The Real Housewives of Orange County) alum David Beador has filed for divorce from his second wife Lesley. Beador, who has a $20 million net worth as of April 2023, filed for divorce claiming “irreconcilable disagreements.” According to TMZ, David filed on Thursday, September 15, and put their divorce date as the same. The couple has a 19-month-old daughter named Anna Love Beador, for whom David is apparently seeking shared physical and legal custody.
David took careful to sign a prenup agreement before marrying Lesley, and as a result, he is not required to pay spousal support to the former. The fate of the couple’s properties in Orange County and Salt Lake City will be decided during the trial.
Beador’s document reads as follows:
“At the time of trial or settlement, the true nature and amount of Petitioner’s distinct property will be ascertained.” Given the brief duration of the marriage, there are only minimal community property assets and obligations. T
here is a Prenuptial Agreement in force as of October 9, 2020.”
David and Lesley got engaged in January 2020 and married the following October. They had their baby in early 2021, barely four months later. Lesley is 20 years David’s junior and has two children from a previous marriage.

So many other women who are standing on their own encourage me. It’s tough out there. And they support me.”
