The recent discovery of a 34-year-old woman and her three-week-old infant found dead at the base of a Housing Board block in Ghim Moh on December 3, 2023, has left the community in shock and sorrow. Prior to this tragic incident, an 83-year-old woman was found lifeless in her HDB flat on August 30, 2022, raising concerns about neglect and isolation.
