How did Gbemi Anjola die?
The 33-year-old actress passed away on Friday, March 24, 2023 after a long battle with ovarian cancer.

Famous actress in the Yoruba film industry. She is a talented young actress loved by her colleagues. She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer during her lifetime.
In 2021, Gbemi was diagnosed with the disease. Therefore, she went to Dubai, UAE for chemotherapy, which lasted about 6 months.
She returned to Nigeria cancer-free after receiving medical treatment in Dubai. The actress complained of memory loss and headaches on March 25, 2023.
Gbemi was taken to the hospital but was later declared dead.

Itele and Zainab Balogun, the late actor’s colleagues, shared the sad news on their Instagram page, where they mourned her.
Nkechi Blessing, Kunle Afod and Biodun Okeowo all expressed their condolences in the comments section.
