Fred the Elephant Boy Passed Away At The Age Of 64

Fred the Elephant Boy, a famous performer, died recently from blood clot problems. He was 64 years old when he died. JG Faherty, an author, shared his sadness on Facebook and said he met Fred on Twitter. He added that death is a lover of horror fiction and an admirer of Faherty’s works. The message goes on to say:

“Many people don’t know that he has a great sense of humour (he often writes stupid jokes on Twitter) and is an avid reader, other than that he is a pleasant man in general. . When I held a naming contest for a character from my Ragman novel, Fred generously gave the money he couldn’t afford to the Hudson Valley Human Society.”

Faherty noted that Fred had asked for a major position in the novel, so he appointed him as the police officer assisting in the murder investigation. He went on to say that his last contact with the actor was before Thanksgiving when he told him his contributor’s copy was being sent.

The author ended his gratitude post with:

“I wasn’t sure if he had a chance because he was hospitalized a few days later. I hope he did.
