Dikko Umar Radda (born 10 September 1969) is a Nigerian economist and politician who is the elected governor of the state of Katsina. He is the director general of the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority of Nigeria (SMEDAN). He was elected governor of Katsina state in the 2023 Nigerian gubernatorial election.

Early life and education
He was born on September 10, 1969 in the town of Hayin Gada, Dutsin-Ma local government area of Katsina State, Nigeria.
He started basic education at Radda Primary School from 1974 to 1980. He attended Zaria Teachers College from 1980 to 1985. And he also attended Kafanchan College of Education in 1986–1990, where he got his NCE certificate. He then attended Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University in Bauchi in 1992–1996, where he completed a B-Tech degree. Studied Agricultural Economics and Agricultural Extension (Hons), then he was admitted to Ahmadu Bello Zaria University in 1998-2004, where he received the MSC degree in Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology in 2004. He returned to ABU Zaria 2005 to obtain a master’s degree in international affairs and diplomacy. He completed his PhD. Sociology of Agriculture and Rural Affairs 2015.
Traditional title
On July 28, 2007, Radda was given the title of chieftain Gwagwaren Katsina by the late Emir of Katsina, Dr. Muhammad Kabir Usman Nagogo, which means “Brave and experienced warrior”.
