Deray Davis was born in Chicago, Illinois, and initially rose to fame after performing at nearby comedy clubs. Deray later moved to Los Angeles and has won the Comedy Central Laugh Riots competition ever since. After touring with Cedric the Entertainer, he made his way into the film industry.
