Danny Javier Passed Away At The Age Of 75

Danny Javier, a well-known singer, musician, composer, actor, television personality, and businessman died on October 31, 2022, at the age of 75. His relatives made the announcement. Danny’s daughter Justine said on Facebook:

“Our Pop never stopped fighting for what he loved, what he believed in, and what he was passionate about, both in life and in death.” He departed this world with his passion and willpower intact, and we know he wouldn’t have it any other way.”

According to Justine, Danny Javier died as a result of “complications after a protracted illness.” Danny’s brother George told ABS-CBN News that he died at about 5 p.m. due to a heart attack at the National Kidney and Transplant Institute.

Who was Danny Javier?

Daniel Morales Javier, born on August 6, 1947, was a member and main singer of The APO Hiking Society, a musical trio that also included Boboy Garrovillo and Jim Paredes. APO was dissolved in 2010. Javier created various songs throughout his career, including Pumpatak ang Ulan, Kaibigan, Kabilugan ng Buwan, Di Na Natuto, Awit ng Barkada, Lumang Tugtugin, Isang Dangkal, and others.
