Creed Bratton began his career as a wandering musician before embarking on a global journey. In 1966, he joined a band as lead guitarist with Warren Entner, Rick Coonce from the United States, and Kenny Fukumoto. After forming a band, they sent a tape to PF Sloan and Steve Barri, producer/musician. Luckily, they loved it and founded The Grass Roots.
The trio then proceeded to produce successful singles in the United States. Midnight Confessions became their unforgettable hit. He also co-wrote “Beatin’ Round the Bush,” “No Exit,” and “Hot Bright Lights,” as well as “Dinner for Eight” and “House of Stone.” Let’s Live for Today, Feelings, Golden Grass and Lovin’ Things are the next albums from the group. He released three solo albums between 2001 and 2002.
