Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center employee Clifford Dull dead at 56

Johnstown, Pennsylvania, grapples with the heartfelt loss of Clifford N. Dull, a revered figure and Director of Medical Imaging at DLP Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center LLC. On November 30, 2023, Clifford N. Dull, born on December 19, 1966, tragically passed away, leaving a significant void in the hearts of the community.

“Such a humble, honorable, and caring person. He was an amazing leader, colleague and friend. He touched so many hearts with his kind soul, calming presence , and contagious laugh.

“I’m not sure he realized but he was such an important part of my journey as a professional. He helped me strive for my goals by believing in me and supporting me. I will miss you so much, Cliff. Rest in peace, my friend. Until we meet again.”

Born in Jacksonville, Florida, to Cliton and Linda Dull, he proudly served his country for eight years as a hospital corpsman in the United States Navy, participating in Operation Desert Shield/Storm.

With an impressive 38-year career in the healthcare industry and 20 years devoted to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Dull’s impact on the medical community was profound. His educational achievements included earning a BS in Organizational Development from Geneva College, a milestone made possible through the unwavering support of his devoted wife, Amy Jo Dull.

Family was at the core of Clifford Dull’s life. His legacy lives on through his wife of 24 years, Amy Jo, his children – Joshua, Jared, Lindsey, Trista, Emmalee, and Thomas – and cherished grandchildren Ryan, Amelia, Gideon, Elise, and Sonny. He was also a loving brother to Christopher, Kerry, Clinton, and Allison.

Friends and well-wishers can pay their respects at the Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd., on Monday, December 4th, from 1-3 p.m. and 4-8 p.m., with a service scheduled for Tuesday, December 5th at 10 a.m. In honor of Clifford Dull’s memory, donations to Veterans Administration and Mental Health are welcomed in lieu of flowers.
