In the 1980s, Hollywood legend Elizabeth Taylor took so many drugs that a doctor who reviewed her records thought she died of “dosage incompatible with life”.
According to Kate Andersen Brower’s new biography, “Elizabeth Taylor: The Grit & Glamor of an Icon,” to the extent that her then-daughter-in-law, Aileen Getty, privately complained to a woman in 1983. Taylor’s overprescribing authority.
