Chris Bianco was born in 1960, in New York’s Bronx. He was raised in Ossining, New York. Asthma caused health problems for Chris as a youngster. Due to his Asthma, he prefers to stay inside his home. His aunt taught him how to cook when he was at home. Chris Bianco started his first work at a neighborhood pizzeria when he was 13 years old. He subsequently dropped out of high school and started studying how to make pizza. At Mike’s Deli in the Bronx, he learned how to manufacture Mozzarella cheese.
Chris won two tickets to anyplace in the United States in 1985. He then decided to pay a visit to Phoenix. He liked the place so much that he decided to make it his permanent residence. He started selling his homemade Mozerella outside his residence and eventually began selling it to adjacent Italian eateries.

Cosco, a catering event attendant, noticed him preparing pizza in the Wood Oven and gave him a little area in the corner of his shop to sell and create a pizza. He started selling Margherita, Marinara, and one unique pizza to customers on the corner of the grocery shop. His pizza quickly became renowned across the city.
