Celine Tiffanie ann Kills her Sons in Mugshot

The mugshot of Tiffanie Lucas, a 32-year-old mother accused of murdering her two young children, has been released by the Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. Lucas faces two murder charges after her six-year-old and nine-year-old sons were found with gunshot wounds in their bedroom.

The horrific incident came to light when a concerned neighbor, sensing something amiss, entered Lucas’s house and discovered the two children covered in blood. A firearm was also found on the bed. The Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office promptly arrested and charged Lucas, booking her at the Bullitt County Detention Center at 3:45 pm.

Authorities rushed the two children to Norton’s Children’s Hospital in Louisville, 30 minutes away, where they succumbed to their gunshot injuries despite undergoing surgery. The sheriff’s office revealed that a person of interest had been detained from the shooting scene, and the investigation was in its early stages.

Horrified neighbors expressed shock at the tragedy, with one describing the incident as “sad” and questioning the state of the world for a mother to shoot her two children. Another neighbor, Amanda Mangis, commented on the devastation, saying, “It’s devastating, I mean as a mother, I can’t imagine thinking that’s the only way.”

On Facebook, tributes poured in for the two boys, with one person recalling memories of a “sweet little boy” who loved a bumblebee costume. The heartfelt message continued, expressing disbelief that the two boys, aged nine and six, had to face such a tragic fate. The tribute concluded, “Rest in peace with your dad. Y’all both deserved so much better. Y’all are all angels now.”

Tiffanie Lucas is currently held on a $2 million bond as the community grapples with the profound sadness of this devastating incident.
