Boyd Anderson High School in Broward lifts lockdown after no suspect found amid report of armed person

Boyd H. Anderson High School in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, was briefly placed on lockdown after a student reported a potential threat of a gunman on campus. Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) deputies responded to investigate the situation, resulting in a thorough search of the school premises.

However, after a comprehensive investigation, law enforcement confirmed that the report was unfounded, and there was no armed individual or weapon on campus. As a result, school officials lifted the lockdown, reassuring the safety of the students and staff at Boyd Anderson High School.
