Bolanle Raheem was a property lawyer and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Lagos chapter. She was an award-winning realtor, a real estate consultant, business coach, and developer. She was the Chief Executive Officer of Croston Homes and Co-founder City Building, a real estate and property development company.

On December 25, 2022, Vandi shot and killed the 41-year-old pregnant lawyer Bolanle Raheem, at the Ajah underbridge checkpoint in Lagos. He was arraigned before a Lagos High Court on January 16, 2023, where he pleaded not guilty to the one-count charge of murder. The case was presided over by Justice Ibironke Harrison.
