- Click “Cancel” and then “Cancel MY Payment”.
- Select a reason for cancellation from the drop-down menu.
- Click “Cancel my payment”.
Important things to consider:
- You cannot assume that you cancel your plan or switch to a free plan, between the billing period and the company returning the remaining amount to you, you must instead complete the entire billing cycle then cancel or change your subscription.
- Payments will continue separately even if you have an active premium subscription.
- AOL reserves the right to charge or increase fees to you prior to your cancellation.
