Anna Eskamani, an American politician, activist, and public speaker from Orlando, Florida, was born on May 20, 1990. She is the first elected Iranian-American state legislator in Florida. The 28-year-old lawmaker also worked as a senior director of communications and public affairs.
Anna won a seat in Florida House District 47 on November 6, 2018. She also competed in the election to succeed Rep. Mike Miller against Stockton Reeves, a Republican. Additionally, the politician teaches part-time at the University of Central Florida. She goes by the name “Anna Vishkaee Eskamani” in its entirety.
Eskamani also worked at Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida as a Senior Director. She performed her duties here for six years. She presently serves on many community boards as well.
