1. Adults (18 years and older)
A total of two adults can use Amazon Household at the same time. An adult is required to create and set up an Amazon household account.
An adult can add-
- other adults
- Four teenagers (ages 13-17, teens can have accounts for shopping and streaming)

2. Teenagers (13-17 years old)

1. How do I add and sign in as an Adult?
Step 1: Visit the Amazon Household homepage and click on Add Adult directly as shown below
Step 2: To invite friends and family, enter their Name, then Email address and click ‘continue’ to continue
Step 3: When the following page appears, if you want to share the card details, proceed by clicking ‘Agree and Continue’ otherwise click ‘Decline and do not share benefits’

Step 4: After selecting as desired, you will see the following page. Click ‘send invitation’ to confirm

2. How do I add and sign in as a Teen?
Step 1: Click directly on the Add a Teen option displayed on the Amazon homepage.
Step 2: When the page shown below appears, register now and set up your teen profile
3. How to add and login as a child?
Step 1: Visit the Amazon Household homepage. And when you scroll down to the bottom of the page, click the ‘Add Children’ option
Step 2: When you see the following page, ‘enter your child’s name and date of birth’ to set up a profile
Step 3: Set the icon, by clicking on the animation tags and click save

- Reason 1: Amazon account has reached its user limit, as only 6 users in total can use and share Amazon Prime at the same time (up to 2 adults, 2/4 teens and 2 adults) /4 children)
- Reason 2: You recently left your Amazon Household or another adult just left your Amazon Household. If one adult leaves, another adult cannot join for up to 180 days (According to Amazon policy)

Step 5: When the Amazon Prime page opens, you will see the title- Edit Profile. Here you can manage your account by adding or editing users.
