An investigative committee has been ordered to investigate the cause of the accident. According to reports, the Navy official is carrying out his duties and an exercise is taking place as part of the operation. The details of the crash were not immediately known. Mohit is deployed aboard the guided-missile destroyer INS Brahmaputra. Hull Artifier 4 is a rank equivalent to a minor officer.
