Within weeks of Bravo’s debut, Inside Deck Adventure season 1 saw a lot of controversy erupt. In episode 3, Captain Kerry Titheradge fired Kyle Dickard for misbehaving with another crew member. In a few episodes, the crew also struggled due to lack of manpower. Seth Jacobson, a new hand, joined the show in episode 7. Upon arrival, the newcomer immediately became the center of attention because of his flirtation with vault chief Faye Clarke.
Despite joining Captain Kerry’s boat as a sailor, Seth has more experience than most of his bandmates. Seth, a trained yacht captain, was hired in a lower position on the Mercury because he had never worked in Europe.

Seth was born in Maryland and grew up on Chesapeake Beach on Chesapeake Bay, where his father owned numerous boats. He started as a bartender in Fort Lauderdale, Florida at the age of 21 and has 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. At the same time, Seth began his career in the yachting industry by wandering the docks in search of a day job.

“Seth Jacobson grew up in New England and was often at sea. He came to Fort Lauderdale at the age of 21 to work as a bartender and roamed the docks in search of a day job and a path into the yachting industry. He has become a qualified captain by performing his momentum throughout his career.”
It continued:
“Always prepared for a new challenge, Seth demoted himself to the deck on the Mercury as he had never worked in Europe before. Can Seth put his expertise aside and work with the crew or will he find it hard to forget that he’s no longer a captain?”
Only time will tell whether Seth will be a team player or strive to be the captain of the team on deck.
When will Bravo show Under Deck Adventure season 1 episode 8?
Season 1 of The Under-Deck Adventure airs on Bravo on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET and on Peacock the next day. The next episode, Elevate Yourself, will premiere on Bravo on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at 9 p.m. ET. Faye and Seth will continue to flirt with each other in the upcoming episode of Under Deck Adventure season 1. Both will be seen tense with their deck positions.
