The news was two days earlier, on Thursday, December 15. In the interview, Flea, whose real name is Michael Peter Balzary, expressed joy at the birth of the baby but said he did not get enough sleep amid all this. In a separate interview with People before the baby was born, the Inside Out actor said he’d love to spend time with the baby, adding:
“I just want to sleep with a little baby on my chest, smell its tiny breath and feel its soft little feet.”
