The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government faced harsh criticism on Wednesday for its failure to control violence in Manipur. The criticism comes after a disturbing video surfaced on social media, showing two women being gang-raped by a group of men and paraded naked in the street. The incident occurred on May 4 in Kangpokpi district, with at least 80 people killed and more than 40,000 displaced due to ethnic and community conflicts in the area since the beginning of May.
If the Police really wanted to, they could arrest all those 800 Meitei Hindu men.
